Ce concept sera associé en France au nom de Euro Diagnostics Solutions "E.D.S.".
Le concept « Global Solutions » est une réponse aux besoins de l’industrie de production et de distribution
de l'énergie électrique à l'aube du nouveau millénaire. En effet, la plupart des installations ont au moins 20 ans et par conséquent
commencent à vieillir. Cela se traduit par le besoin d'une attention particulière soit pour vérifier l'état de vieillissement soit
pour anticiper un claquage intempestive préjudiciable. D'autre part, de nouveaux matériaux isolants diélectriques
font leur apparition sur la base des nouvelles technologies et ont besoin d'être valider qualitativement.
Nous apportons une prestation de prise en charge du suivi de qualité et de diagnostics depuis les premiers développements
et jusqu’à la fin de vie des équipements et matériaux. Cela pour tout équipement à isolation basse, moyenne ou haute tension
de types : huile, gaz, résine … : générateurs, moteurs, transformateurs, câbles, parafoudres, disjoncteurs etc...
Ce partenariat offrira toutes les solutions d'essais et de diagnostics préventifs "Non destructif" avant, pendant et après
le processus de fabrication et d’exploitation de l’équipement électrique.

pour des prestations de tests et de diagnostics on line sur parafoudres MT/HT et systèmes à isolation gaz SF6 "PSEM".

Doble’s I.D.D. is the ultimate tool for bushing on-line diagnostics
“Insite for Bushings” is a new Doble product offering, providing continuous condition evaluation for those bushings, which are critical for system integrity. Based on expert system analysis, Insite anticipates bushing failures, reducing unplanned outages. By providing immediate notification as a problem is developing, decision-makers can plan and execute corrective action without jeopardizing the system integrity!
Whenever Insite identifies a potential problem, an ALERT! message is sent to both user and Doble Client Service via fax or numerical pager. Patented algorithms and high-resolution measurements provide analysis that detects early stages of bushing deterioration. Client Service apparatus experts provide value –added assessment to guide the maintenance actions of asset owners.
Installation is Simple:
When the bushing is out-of-service, simply install the protected tap adapter, on three bushings; then make the interconnections to the station data collection unit and local main power. A telephone line provides communication to the remotely located surveillance computer.
An example of the Insite Diagnostic advantage: after 14 months of on-line diagnostics and satisfactory bushing performance: Insite for Bushings detects and confirms a bushing problem that developed over a 72-hour period. An outage was scheduled; the bushing was removed from service without collateral damage; saving tens of thousands of dollars!

Cable Diagnostic Instrumentation and Service
IMCORP is a corporation specializing in the development, design and manufacturing of instrumentation for the
diagnostic testing of shielded power cable systems, and for the provision of cable testing services.

The technology underlying the Imcorp diagnostic test method is the location of partial discharges
emanating from defects in cables that are subjected to gradually increasing electrical stress. This stress is
achieved by means of the normal alternating power frequency (50/60Hz) voltage. The Imcorp technology, developed 15 years
ago at the University of Connecticut (USA), has been utilized to test over 6000 Km of medium voltage cables in North
and South America as well as in six European countries. The technology has proved to be particularly accurate,
sensitive and robust with respect to ambient noise. Imcorp's clients include major electric utility companies, industrial

IMCORP's technology is applicable to cables insulated with oil-impregnated paper (PILC) as well as extruded plastic
materials. It allows the testing of straight or branched cables, off-line and on-line. Cable systems may contain
defects introduced during their construction or installation. Invariably, age-induced defects show up as a result
of cable operation. Diagnostic testing by means of the Imcorp technology helps identifying and correcting these defects,
thus eliminating undesirable service outages. Diagnostic testing presents, as well, the most economic alternative
between repair, partial replacement or total replacement.
